This is a general hotel service with staff whose role is to facilitate
restaurant reservations, tickets for shows, arrange tours, assist with
travel arrangements, and make possible any legal request that enhances
the guest’s hotel visit. Most hotels will, for a cost, provide
a dedicated concierge to provide blocks of tickets to popular shows,
suggest tours and areas of interest that will not interfere with the
event’s scheduled meetings and seminars, and generally pamper
the events’ attendees.
