Many hotels now have rooms especially adapted for wheelchair users.
See if these are available for any attendees who would benefit from
them. If the hotel does not have specially adapted rooms, try and find
a larger room (enough space for wheelchair manoeuvring) that is convenient
to the elevator. If, as in some tropical hotels, the accommodation is
all ground floor level, book any guests who have physical issues closest
to the main facilities and ensure that there no barriers to access,
such as curbs and stairs.
