While food and beverages are not a necessity for every event, they
can be used to add perceived value for attendees. Whether muffins and
coffee, or an elaborate sit-down dinner; food and drink acts as both
fuel and reward to the participants. This is also one of the major budget
costs for staff incentive and client appreciation
events, weddings,
charitable fundraisers,
corporate management and/or training retreats, etc. Food and beverage
needs should always be part of the event’s initial planning
and budget line.
