No matter the size of event, a prudent event coordinator will get several
quotes from pre-qualified caterers. The companies under consideration
should be experienced in the size and type of event being planned. Elite
florists, wedding
planners, and local charities are good sources to discover reputable
local caterers. Find out if the ownership has changed recently, how
long their average staff member has been with the company, what their
head chef’s reputation is, etc. If possible, talk to other agencies
that have used their services.
