These spaces offer generous square footage for large events, but lack
divisibility into smaller meeting or
conference rooms. Arena’s work well for trade shows or massive,
celebrity-speaker style events. They usually have more than enough parking,
although it is most likely to be an outdoor lot. Considerations include
the need to hire the stadium staff, with the attendant minimum hours/overtime
issues and potential labor disputes, along with the fact that anything
needed for the event will need to be rented. The square footage and
the washrooms are, typically, all that will be included in the venue
rental.
