Chic retail
stores, suitable for small and medium events,
are often available for cocktail parties, dinners, media launch parties,
et cetera. They are usually willing to provide entertainment
in the form of a fashion show featuring their own designer lines. They
may charge for the venue, especially if they are closing during regular
shopping hours, but rental can
often be negotiated against sales during the event, should the attendees
wish to do some shopping. Any
chairs, tables, linens, glasses, etc., that are needed will have to
be rented from an outside agency.
