Empty Office Floor

The office space in high rises is often rented on a per floor basis. It is possible to negotiate a one time rental of vacant space for medium sized events. These can be good sites for smaller exhibitions, fashion shows, cocktail parties and charity galas. On higher floors, the city views add interest. In some cases, when furnishing and communications cabling are still in place, vacant office floors are suitable for training sessions. Usually, everything needed for the event will need to be brought in, at extra cost.
