Church

Churches can host small and medium and, in a few instances, large events (and not just weddings). Depending on the type of denomination, the worship space may also be used for meetings, seminars, training, conferences, and even dinners and dances. Additionally, most churches will have some form of community hall, smaller meeting rooms and a kitchen. The rental fees are often on a sliding scale, depending on the type of organization holding the event

The facilities in some churches are luxurious, while others are rather basic. Tables, chairs and even tableware are usually included in the rental. There are rarely any issues with bringing in volunteers or outside staffing for the event. In older churches the power outlets may not always be up to modern audiovisual and computer requirements. office revenues normally bring in during the duration of the event. Rental may or may not include the venue’s staff (who, if included, will only perform their usual duties). Anything needed for food & beverage and décor will need to be rented from outside the venue. Many theaters do have parking lots available for guests.
