Banquet halls can meet the needs of most medium sized (and some large) events such as dinners, dances, fashion show, weddings, speaker presentations, et cetera. The venue usually includes tables and chairs, some form of an audiovisual system, a stage, and access to the kitchens in the rental. Staffing, catering, décor and specialized audiovisual needs are usually extra costs.
