The
events designed
to celebrate personal milestones have different objectives. When trying
to satisfy individual or family needs, as is the case for
weddings,
anniversary parties, retirement parties, etc., remember that they require
all the
planning
of other events, plus they have the potential for emotional fireworks.
If family conflict is a possibility, it’s often a good idea to hire
a professional, simply to avoid the possibility of personal resentments
overtaking what should be a happy event.
