Many organizations use incentives and rewards events to enhance company
productivity, retain key personnel, and can sometimes create media
coverage. Objectives are met by:
- Acknowledging performance, typically in sales areas, but research
breakthroughs and efficient administration are also rewarded
- Holding unique events as a way to acknowledge rising sales
- Including a strategic planning
component, taking advantage of the gathered insights of top performing
staff. The looser, positive environment can produce valuable off-the-cuff
suggestions
- Including family and friends; giving people the chance to shine
before their loved ones helps to create a more celebratory atmosphere
and has a better chance of garnering press attention
