There are many auxiliary services that may be a logical component(s)
of an event, depending on its nature. An awards dinner, convention,
trade show, or gala fundraising night should have a photographer
whose images can be sent to the participants and be used for PR and
marketing purposes in press releases, websites,
brochures, newsletters,
etc. Promotional or archival videography and sound recording may have
future value. A professional forum will need all presentations documented
and archived. It may be necessary to have translation
services, both oral and written available.
