The Wakefield Mill Inn & Spa offers four function rooms, each with its own unique character. There are two large meeting spaces in the main Mill seperated by a sound-attenuated folding wall that can be opened to create one large room called the "Banquet Room". The MacLaren House has two meeting rooms with scenic views that are also well suited to your needs.

All function rooms are air-conditioned and have comfortable seating as well as multi-use lighting options. Wireless high speed internet is also available in all meeting rooms and business services are available at the reception desk of the Mill as well the administrative offices of the MacLaren House.

With an brand new outdoor hot tub and full-service spa this is the only spot in the Ottawa region that blends a perfect atmosphere for creative thought with the convenience and professionalism required for successful meetings.

Situated along the Ottawa River, the Nepean Sailing Club is an ideal spot to hold any event. The fully accessible 1200 sq ft East Room is Located on the second level and with its large windows offers a spectacular view of our harbour and The Ottawa River. Our  120  seat room, constructed of natural wood with high-beamed ceilings, is spacious and easily configured.The windows are equipped with full blinds to restrict or include as much natural light as you want. The floor space is unrestricted by supporting columns, and the floor is Carpeted  with an Available Dance floor. Full  in house Catering  and bar service is available .

Full access to the second floor room is via inside and outside stairs as well as a self-operated elevator. Breakout rooms can be made available to rent on both the first and second floors when renting the East Room.  Its adjoining deck also adds to the perfect venue to host meetings, workshops, mini trade shows, or social events. Our convienient location  friendly staff and GREAT Food ensure that your event will be a memorable one.
